Accepted to Heriot-Watt

Well, I received my acceptance letter to Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh in Scotland. for their Master of Science in Brewing and Distilling. Awesome. I discussed this possibility back in October. Now I just have to see if I can go. Lots of variables........... lots.
Cheers

Once you do it the first time or two, you'll think "why didn't I do this earlier?"

Kits are the best way to start (not the can kind, the full wort kits) because they are easy, make good beer, and give you a feel for the process.

Then eventually you get bored of those and move on to extract brewing, which really only takes 2-3 hrs more time and is more fun anyway.

Then the move to all-grain... everybody makes mistakes at first. But who cares... the beer is better and its 100% made by your hand. Feels great.
